4 April 2007,Monday

The last day of the trip had come but it was not over yet.In fact,the trip doesn't end in the morning but in the night.We still have a few more places to explore.

Alicia,Nabila,Aloysius and I go to the first place of the day," ChinaTown and HayMarket ".I was especially surprised to see this colourful and crowded town in Australia.We had our breakfast in a nearby cafeteria.I had egg and bread for breakfast with a cup of Milo while my mates had kaya toasts.After that,I bought some souvenirs as i was attracted to the cheap discounts for the items.

The next stop we are going is Mountain Goner where we climbed and took photographs of it.As usual,I bought more usual and i bought a small figurine of Mt Goner.

At night,we went to the Hunter Rally,a place well-known for its wines.I am particularly surprised to see many bottles can a shop store.The store was quite dim,it was almost the same like a pub in SingaporeWe had a few drop of Vodka,Martini,Jim Bean,Jack Daniel etc..

Finally,we went to the airport and we took off to Singapore with Emirates Airline sharp,at 9 p.m

I really enjoy this trip and i wish i could stayed there longer.

3rd April 2007,Sunday

Nabila,Alicia and I was disturbed yet again by Alton's falling flat to the floor with his drooling dream again.I was 8.a.m. sharp.I waled towards the bathroom but Alton rushed past me and sounds of farting was heard.The whole room was stank up.An hour later,we were ready to go,with Alton,the ever-enthusiastic one leading in front.

We went to the well-known beach,Gold Coast .Alicia and Nabila was applying sun-tan lotion to their body.Alton and i went into the sea and swam while Alicia and Nabila making sand-castles.Soon,it was time for us go to to another destination,The Sydney Harbour.

As soon as we reached there,we felt hungry and decided to take a lunch and it's taste delicious.

*Splash* *Splash* was the sound that came from the paddler,though the life-saving jacket was bulky,we still managed to canoe for 5 kiliometres.But the air around there is polluted as there are lots of ships and yatchs.

Next was the Blue Mountains and Alicia's leg had a cramp and Alton piggy-backed her all the way up to the summit.The way to the top was steep but when we reached the summit,we smelt the fresh air at the top which is cool and refreshing and it has a wonderful sight of the whole housing area around there.

Finally,the last destination of today,was " The Three Sisters " the second hill of the day to be climb.Alicia was fine to walked on her own now and halfway up,we saw a magnificent waterfall falling from a height of 20 metres with a rainbow hung across it.We took a few pictures in front of both the waterfall and rainbow.The water was clear and refreshing.We rested from 10 minutes before continuing the journey.As it was getting dark,we decided to go back to our hotel.

2 April 2007, Saturday

It has been the second day since we arrived. In the morning, a loud thud was the alarm clock of the day. Nabila and I woke up by the sound, only finding Alton fall flat on Aloysius, who is sleeping on the floor, from the bed.

Once everyone had gotten ready, we set out for Dream World. Alton could not sit still on tour ride, as he was so excited. Within minutes, we found ourselves in the crowds of people and popcorn candy smell. The crowd inside was unbelievable. We tried on different rides. Screams were heard on the roller coaster. Nabila, too, was one of the screamers. We caught a spectacular performance, The Dance, and took some photographs. The show ended with cheers and my soda poured over Alton! Not wanting to forget the wonderful place, I bought a huge pillow for my little brother back home. With that gift, we left to North Gorge Headlands.

As the sounds of waves splashing on the rocks and the seagull up in the sky welcoming us, Aloysius, Nabila and me tried surfing with the locals. Alton on the other hand, wanted to go for a swim. Before leaving, we had lunch at the cafeteria because we were so tempted by the colourful dishes. Nabila and I pick some seashells and collected a little bottle of the sand and left.

We had no time to rest! In the Warner Brothers Movie World, we were fascinated by the shows. Inside the ‘world’, we can venture into different parts to watch movies, the boys reminded us that there is a parade. We managed to squeeze into the crowd to get a glimpse of the parade. I was surprised to see cartoon characters come to live! Cameras clicking was heard EVERYWHERE. Alton jug Bugs Bunny, one of the characters, and took a shot. As we proceed to the next destination, each of us grab an ice cream. The weather was simply to hot this afternoon!

Up and up, we drive. It was not long before we reach the peak of Mt Coot-Tha. There, we enjoy the night view of Brisbane. As the wind whistling and the freshness of the nature, I felt calm and relax. We went into their famous restaurant to have our dinner, to fill our stomachs. I had a sizzling hot beef. We all got back to the hotel and prepare to leave for Sydney the next day, what an enjoyable time! I really hope to come back here again!

1 April 2007, Friday.

The four of us touched down in Brisbane, Australia at 8.30 am this morning.
It was summer and it seems quite hot outside. Alicia, Alton, Aloysius and I took quite a long time to get our luggages, as there was a minor technical problem.
We checked into the hotel at around 9.30 am. We decided to book only a double-bed room to save our money. As soon as we put our entire luggage in the room, we headed straight for our first place, which was Lone Pine Koala sanctuary.

It was a beautiful and interesting place even though it was quite crowded.
I was amazed by the different species of koala. Children’s laughter and the koalas’ sound filled in my ears made me remember my past when I was young.
Amazingly, none of us except Aloysius complained about the foul smell of the koalas’ dung. All of us got the chance to feed and take pictures with the koalas before going to our next place, which was the Queen Mary Falls.

When we reached the Queen Mary Falls, all of us were shocked to see the huge and beautiful waterfall. To be honest, that was my first time seeing a real waterfall.
I did not see many people there and the place really made my mind calm and peaceful. The sound of the waterfall and the surrounding nature, the smell of the fresh water, really made me feel as if I was in heaven.
We decided to have a picnic there and had our lunch before leaving for our next place, which wad the Sea World.

The sea world was filled with different kinds of beautiful sea creatures.
After seeing all the sea creatures there, we watch the dolphin show. It was totally amazing. We also got to feed the dolphins and took pictures with them.
After getting all our clothing smelled fishy, we went back to the hotel to wash up.

After taking a good shower, we went to our last place of the day, which was the Brisbane Bayside. It was the most beautiful place to dine in.
Each of us got to taste different kinds of Australia cuisines.
They were very delicious. After we got our stomach full, we took pictures of the beautiful scenery before leaving, and went back to rest.

I was really surprised on how spectacular places in Brisbane were.I really an looking forward to more amazing places
